Caoimhe Boyle

Before ACD, Caoimhe’s first professional job was as a featured guest soloist in ‘Sing Out Loud’ in the National Opera House which ran November 2018. In 2020, she won the second annual AIMS/ACD scholarship, paying for two years of her training.

Whilst training, her credits include Stephano in ‘The Tempest’, Simon in ‘Princess Ivona’, and Ru/Cover Mary in ‘Merrily We Roll Along’, and Mama Murphy in ‘Bright Star’. In 2024, she will play Hope in the final year show, ‘Anything Goes’. In 2023, Caoimhe was a finalist in the Sondheim Festival Busary Competition. She also was in the ensemble of ‘L’Elisir D’Amore’ in Opera in the Open in the Woodquay Amphitheater.

Gabrielle Stephenson

Gabrielle Stephenson studied classical performance at SCCC in New York for three years before studying in Ireland. Gabrielle’s major accomplishments include The Plaintiff in Trial by Jury and Gussie in Merrily We Roll Along this past year. Gabrielle is looking forward to playing Reno in Anything Goes this May at The Mill Theatre.

Grace Shesgreen

Grace is a 4th year musical theatre student and received the AIMS Bursary in 2022. Grace’s college credits throughout her training include Lord Chamberlain in ‘Ivona: Princess of Burgundia’, Ariel in ‘The Tempest’, ensemble/Beth 1st cover in ‘Merrily We Roll Along’, and most recently played the role of Lucy in ‘Bright Star’ in the Séan O’Casey theatre. Out of college, Grace works with Once Upon A Time Parties in Dublin. Whilst in her hometown, she partakes in vocal teaching with Jennifer’s School of Music and often performs with her local theatre company.

Grace is excited to pursue a career in performance after graduating and cannot wait to share the stage once again with her fellow cast members, playing the role of Reno Sweeney in ACD’s production of ‘Anything Goes’ in the DLR Mill Theatre.

Issie Hayes

Issie Hayes is 22 years old and is one of our 2024 graduates. Before joining ACD, Issie was a member of Encore Performing Arts school and also trained in singing with West End Star Chris Holland from the age of 15.

Issie’s college credits include: Gonzalo in ‘The Tempest’, ensemble in ‘Merrily We Roll Along’ Featured ensemble ‘Anything Goes’, Maggie and Chris in ‘Dancing at Lughnasa’.

Katia Bosque

Katia Bosque moved to Ireland in 2019 following years of performing in her home country of Mexico. Her credits while training include Ivona in ‘Princess Ivona’, Alfonso in ‘The Tempest’, featured ensemble in ‘Merrily We Roll Along’, and Florence in ‘Bright Star’. She will Play the role of Erma in the 2024 final year show, ‘Anything Goes’. She currently teaches musical theatre in South Dublin Dance Academy and has also participated in concerts around the country whilst training.

Layla Brunell

From County Kildare, Layla began her musical theatre training at Westside Performing Arts at a young age. Whilst completing her BFA at The American College Dublin she has played Trinculo in ‘The Tempest’, Isobel in ‘Ivona: Princess of Burgundia’, Dory/Ensemble in ‘Merrily We Roll Along’ and was most recently part of the Ensemble in ‘Bright Star’ in The Sean O’Casey Theatre. She is currently playing the role of Hope Harcourt in her final year production of ‘Anything Goes’ and she is looking forward to sharing the stage of the DLR Mill Theatre with her classmates one last time.

Outside of college, Layla works as a performer for Once Upon A Time Parties as well as working as a vocal teacher in her hometown and she is very excited to continue to pursue a career in performance after graduating from ACD.

Micheal Lovette

Micheal Lovette joins us from Lawton Fort Sill, Oklahoma and has enjoyed his international adventure. Most recently you may have seen Micheal as The Baker in Sligo Fun Company’s Into The Woods or as Franklin Shepard in American College Dublin’s Merrily We Roll Along.

Niamh Ella McCann

Niamh landed her first professional role in Kate Canning’s acclaimed production of The Playboy of the Western World in 2018. She later worked with Kate as Emily Webb in Our Town and Juliet in Eclipsed.

Her roles while training have included Miranda in The Tempest, Erma in Anything Goes, and Ensemble in Merrily We Roll Along. Niamh regularly performs as part of ‘Opera in the Open’, which runs every August at the Woodquay Amphitheatre in Dublin.

Ptolemy Eggers

Ptolemy Eggers has been acting professionally since he was a child in his home New York City. He studied at the Professional Performing Arts School in New York City from the age of eleven before coming to study in Ireland. His recent roles at ACD include: The steward (Into The Woods), Mr. Brooke (Little Women), Scotty (Merrily We Roll Along). He will also be appearing as Billy Crocker in ACDs upcoming production of “Anything Goes”.

Talita Vieira

Originally from Brazil, Talita performed with Casa do Circo at themed events and cruises along the coast of Latin America. She has also worked with the Artencati Brazil/China dance company. In 2017 Talita moved to Ireland to study English and later pursue a degree in Musical Theatre.

During her time in ACD, she has played the role of Purity in Anything Goes, Sebastian in The Tempest, and was part of the Ensemble in Merrily We Roll Along.

Theo Housinger

While in Training, Theo has played Prospero in The Tempest, Lord Evelyn Oakleigh in Anything Goes, Mysterious Man in Into the Woods, and Jerome, as well as Charlie U/S, in Merrily We Roll Along.

While in their hometown of Farmington, Utah, Theo regularly performs with and music directs their city’s theatre company.
