During Aisling’s time at ACD she has played the parts of Kate in Andrew Lippa’s ‘The Wild Party’, Cinderella’s Mother in ‘Into The Woods’, Paulina in ‘The Winter’s Tale’, The Girl in ‘Image of an Unknown Young Woman’ and will play the part of Jo March in their upcoming production of ‘Little Women The Musical’. Aisling is a mezzo and her studied dialects include Standard & Southern American, RP, Liverpool, Belfast and Queens. Originally from Waterford, she has had the pleasure of performing alongside Glenn Murphy in his concert ‘A Christmas To Remember’ with MD David Hayes and with David Shannon for his concert ‘The Greatest Show’.

Sinead is in her final year of her BFA in Musical Theatre in American College Dublin. She has had the luxury of playing the roles of Hermione (The Winter’s Tale), C (Image of an Unknown Young Women), Production Assistant and Cinderella’s understudy (Into the Woods), Sinead is also preparing to play ‘Amy March’ in ACD’s upcoming production of ‘Little Women; The Broadway Musical’ (May 19th). Sinead has also had the pleasure of taking part in many concerts during her studies at ACD, these include being a featured soloist in ‘An Evening with Deirdre Masterson’ at the ‘International Opera Festival’ and ‘Christmas on Broadway’ the concert. Sinead also has a high level of dance, of which include jazz, commercial, tap, Irish dancing and musical theatre. During December she also did backing vocals for the Irish band ‘Wild Youth’ in their Christmas cover of The Beatles song ‘Let it Be’.

Nancy O’Neill is a final year BFA Musical Theatre student of American College Dublin. As a teen, she was a student of Arclight Drama Studio, undertaking drama exams and competing in Stagecraft Drama Festival competitions. Nancy is an alumna of The Irish College of Music Theatre’s Level 7 Diploma in Musical Theatre. Credits while in college include Bridget in “A Slice of Saturday Night”, Grandmother/Giant in Sondheim’s “Into the Woods”, Yasmin in Elinor Crook’s “Image of an Unknown Young Woman” and Amy March in “Little Women The Musical” (May 18th 2022), as well as singing backup for Russell Watson on his Irish tour, with Wild Youth in their “Let it Be” music video and with Deirdre Masterson in the Wexford Opera festival.

Emma has had the pleasure of playing the roles of Gwendolen Fairfax (The Importance of Being Earnest), Rapunzel (Into the Woods), Camilo (The Winters Tale), Nia (Image of an Unknown Young Woman) and is preparing to play Meg in ACD’s upcoming production of ‘Little Women: The Musical’. Emma is a soprano and has studied dialects including standard & southern American, RP & heightened RP and cockney. Emma has taken part in many concerts during her time in ACD, being a featured soloist in the ‘Christmas on Broadway’ concert and the ‘International Opera Festival’ in Wexford. This December she also did backing vocals for the Irish band ‘Wild Youth’ in their Christmas cover of ‘Let it Be’ by The Beatles.

Lara Smyth

Lara is excited to be completing her BFA in Musical Theatre. From a young age Lara was involved in theatre, drama and also had a passion for Irish Traditional music and Sean Nós singing. Her college credits include Jenny (Understudy) in Mosquitoes, Jacks Mother & Witch (Understudy) in Into The Woods and “A” in Image Of An Unknown Young Woman. Outside of college credits include performing in “An Evening With Deirdre Masterson” in The Wexford Opera Festival, Try and Touch Short Film and was a Medieval Lady in both Bunratty and Knappogue Castle. She is currently rehearsing as Beth and understudying Jo in Little Women: The Musical presenting in dlr Mill Theatre, Dundrum on May 18th.

Laoise Curtin

Laoise Curtin began performing at the age of five at Broadway Dance Ireland where she continued to train and compete in a multitude of dance styles until the age of eighteen. In 2016, Laoise was the Under 16s Musical Theatre/Stagecraft National Soloist(IDTA). At age 15 she began vocal training under Michel Durham, of Durham Studios Galway. Throughout her training Laoise received her Grade 6 Classical Singing (ABRSM) and Grade 8 Musical Theatre Singing (RIAM). Laoise’s college credits include; Molly in ‘One Touch of Venus,’ Narrator in ‘Into The Woods,’ Candace in Elinor Cook’s ‘Image of an Unknown Young Woman’ and presently Marmee in ‘Little Women.’

Emily is an ACD musical theatre graduate and also has a diploma from the Irish College of Music Theatre. Her theatre credits are ‘Sharon’ in A Slice of Saturday Night (IMT 2018), ‘Little Red Ridinghood’ in Into the Woods (ACD 2021), ‘Éinín’ in Tír na nÓg: A New Irish Musical (workshop 2021) and featured singing in many of ACD’s showcases. Also ‘Cecily’ in The Importance of Being Earnest (ACD 2020), ‘Mamillius’ & ‘Perdita’ in A Winter’s Tale (ACD 2021) and most recently ‘Leyla’ in An Image of an Unknown Young Woman (ACD 2022). Emily has a high level of jazz, tap, commercial and musical theatre dance. She is currently rehearsing as ‘Beth March’ in ACD’s upcoming production of Little Women: The Broadway Musical (May 19th).

Sean McElligott

Sean is in his final year in ACD . During Seans time at ACD he has played the parts of “The Wolf “ in ‘Into The Woods’, “The Servant “in ‘The Winter’s Tale’, “Ali” in ‘Image of an Unknown Young Woman’ and will play the part of “Laurie “and “Rodrigo” in the upcoming production of ‘Little Women The Musical’. Sean is a tenor and has studied the following dialects ,RP English , Standard American , Northern Irish (Belfast), and East London . Sean is from Kerry and he has trained classically and operatically with late Veronica Dunne.

Katelyn Dempsey

Katelyn Dempsey is a 4th year soon-to-be graduate of Musical Theatre at American College Dublin. She is delighted to be back performing, especially with the incredible cast of Little Women, and can’t wait to bring to life the iconic character of Aunt March within this production.
